About Us

Eunoia Therapy & Self Development is a boutique therapy practice located in downtown Little Rock in the River Market District whose work is dedicated to help individuals who want clarity, to stop doing things that aren't good for them, the ability to put words with their feelings and experiences, the ability to make sense of life, to have healthy relationships, to live in a balanced way, accountability, CHANGE, and a safe person to talk to.

Our hope is that you can encapsulate the vision of the name. We will help you re-create a well mind and beautiful thinking to transform your life in the direction you want it to go.

Services & Booking

At Eunoia Therapy & Self Development, we offer individual therapy and coaching services for adults. Our approach is client centered and we use several therapeutic modalities to help you on your journey.

We will help you build awareness so that you can build skills to transform into the person you want to be!

In this time we will teach you coping skills, provide education, and support for mental illness.

About Your Therapist

BEATRICE KLOKPAH, LCSW, TRAUMA INFORMED THERAPIST

Beatrice (pronounced: B-at-triss) is the clinical director and founder of Eunoia Therapy & Self Development. Beatrice attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, our countries #1 social work graduate program, to obtain her Masters Degree to become a licensed therapist. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas.

Beatrice has gained clinical experience working with community based organizations, working professionals, medical providers, survivors of domestic violence, and the homeless.

Her practice areas are: trauma, family of origin healing, inner child healing, relational issues - with self and others, boundaries, anxiety, and diagnosis & treatment of mental illness.

Her approach as a therapist is to provide holistic care while challenging your thinking, nurturing your healing, and providing relevant exercises that will help you change long standing behaviors. She helps you dig to the root so you can heal. She does not promise to have all the answers, but does her best to help you find them.

She serves her community with the Junior League of Little Rock and was named the 2019-2020 Kristen Julia Pruss Memorial New Member of the Year. She is originally from Houston, Texas and maintains a virtual practice there, but has found her home in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She has a cute and feisty Yorkie Terrier who you may hear bark occasionally or see climb in her lap during your virtual session.

ALEXANDRIA JONES, MSW CANDIDATE

Alexandria is an MSW student at Walden University. She received an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville (woo pig!). She is a proud Little Rock native who enjoys family time and helping others. Her previous work includes working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse as well as teens. Her area of interest includes couples and families, survivors of DV/SA and teens.

Alexandria is the lead facilitator for a support group on building health relationships and boundaries. This group in relevant and timely to help individuals and couples who want to strengthen/develop boundaries.
