Frequently asked questions
Do you see men?
Yes, at Eunoia Therapy & Self Development our clinicians are also experienced working with men. Typically, males seek out services via their partners, but it is not uncommon for men to directly reach out for services.
How will I know if I can afford therapy?
If you are using insurance, you will get a call or email at least the day before your scheduled appointment providing you with your out of pocket responsibility. We understand how important it is to plan and have peace of mind regarding this.
For those not using insurance, there are packages (see scheduling site for pricing) that offer saving incentives. Our clients who pay out of pocket absolutely love this flexible option that allows them to plan and have peace of mind.
You are downtown, where do I park?
There is ample street parking in the area. Typically clients can snag a spot on the same block or just a block over from the office. Parking is .50 for the hour.
I like what I know so far, but I’m not sure if I want to schedule with you…what should I do?
We recommend and value the opportunity to do a 15 minute phone consultation at your convenience. In this time, you have an opportunity to ask questions, share a little about why you decided to reach out, and get feedback from your perspective therapist. In our the consultation will tell you enough to help you decide if you want to give it a go. You are not obligated to schedule after the consultation.
